Warranty Policy

1. Comprehensive Expert Support: Reach out to us anytime via phone or email for expert assistance. We also offer a range of support videos and easy access to spare parts for your convenience.

2. Collaborative Troubleshooting: If you encounter any issues with your product, it’s essential to collaborate with our tech support team or our supplier’s tech support for effective troubleshooting.

3. Warranty and Parts Shipping: Should a part need warranty coverage, you will need to ship it to the supplier at your own expense. We ensure that all warranty guidelines are transparent and fair.

4. Handling Replacements with Care: In cases where a part is awaiting replacement, please avoid using the product. Continuing to use a faulty product can lead to further damage, which unfortunately falls outside our warranty coverage as user-induced damage.

5. Warranty Claim Process: In the rare event that an issue can’t be resolved remotely, we may request you to send in your product for a warranty claim. Please follow the detailed instructions provided for this process.

In certain situations that an item needs to be returned, please simply follow instructions below.

  1. Please DO NOT ship any products until you receive an E-mail with return instructions. 
  2. Please E-mail us at return@motorridex.com. Include the order date, product name, reason for return, your name, address and telephone number to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  3. In the event an item is to be returned, all items must be returned freight/shipping paid by the customer. You may also incur a 20% restocking fee. 
  4. We recommend that you ship your returns via insured mail/freight for protection against loss or damage.
  5. Upon arrival of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be processed.

1. Maintenance Requirements: Warranty does not cover failures due to neglect of the minimum maintenance requirements for gas-powered items.

2. Product Modifications: Any form of modification (except for cool stickers) voids the warranty.

3. Non-replaceable Damaged Items: Items labeled as damaged by the shipper and closed out/refunded, where parts cannot be replaced, are excluded from warranty coverage.

4. Water Damage Exclusion: Our warranty does not cover any damage due to rain, water, snow, or any other form of moisture.

5. Accident-Related Damage: Damage resulting from accidents is not covered under our warranty.

6. User-Induced Damage: Any damage caused by the user, regardless of the nature, is not covered.

7. Commercial or Rental Use: The warranty does not apply to units used for commercial or rental purposes.

8. No Returns for Buyer's Remorse: Due to the large size and high shipping costs of our products, our suppliers do not accept returns based on buyer’s remorse. Please review all product details thoroughly before purchasing.
