Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. Acceptable payment methods include cash, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover. For large orders, wire transfers are required. Checks of any kind will not be accepted. All merchandise remains the property of Motorridex until payment is fully processed.
Order Cancellation Fees: Canceled orders are subject to a 3% fee deducted from the refund, unless the cancellation request is received and processed on the same day. This fee is necessary as our credit card merchant does not refund transaction fees for batched payments.
Returns: Motorridex does not accept unauthorized returns. To initiate a return, contact us for a return authorization number (RA#), which must be included on the return package. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in original condition.
- Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt.
- A 10-30% restocking fee and original shipping costs apply (except in cases of errors caused by Motorridex).
- Unauthorized returns or returns without proof of purchase (invoice number or date of sale) will not be accepted. Items will be inspected before any refund or credit is issued.
Damaged or Defective Items: Motorridex will provide free replacement parts for items damaged during shipping or received with missing/defective components. Labor costs for repairs are not included. Replacement part shipping is covered within the 48 contiguous states. If a product is damaged beyond repair, at our discretion, we will offer a replacement or a return option. All damage must be reported within 10 days of delivery to qualify for assistance. For freight shipments, damage must be noted on the delivery receipt or reported within 5 days for concealed damage.
Lost or Stolen Items (Signature Service & Shipping Insurance): Motorridex is not liable for items lost or stolen after delivery without signature confirmation. Customers are encouraged to purchase signature service and shipping insurance for additional protection. If an item is lost in transit, insurance claims can recover the full value of the product. Without insurance, only $100 plus shipping costs are covered by the carrier.
SMS Text Messaging: By providing your phone number, you authorize Motorridex to send text messages regarding shipping or product issues. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Product Specifications and Images: Product specifications are provided by manufacturers and may vary. Images may also differ due to updates or improvements. Motorridex is not responsible for shipping costs related to discrepancies in product specifications or images. Contact us before purchasing to confirm details.
Extra Shipping Fees: For LTL shipments, customers are responsible for storage fees if unreachable by the carrier. If delivery cannot be completed, additional fees may apply, including lift gate fees or return shipping costs. Ensure the delivery address can accommodate a semi-truck and trailer. For international orders, customers are responsible for paying customs and duty fees directly to the carrier.
Guarantee: Motorridex guarantees quality merchandise. Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty, which we pass on to the buyer. Notify us immediately upon discovering any defects. Defective items must be returned at the buyer’s expense in accordance with our return policy. Warranty claims are voided if defects result from improper installation, misuse, or abuse.
Product Use: Certain products sold by Motorridex may not be approved for highway or public road use. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. The buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with using motorized products and agrees to hold Motorridex harmless from any liability.
